To obtain this type of visa, you will need to submit an application on your own behalf and provide documentation that shows why you need to travel to the United States and how long you plan to stay. You must also pay a fee at the time of application. If you are traveling for business or pleasure, but your trip is not related to your job or studies, you may be able to apply for an “E-1 visitor visa.” E-1 visas are issued only to individuals who have extraordinary ability in arts, sciences, education, business or athletics. Emergency Indian Visa Process
