Effective January 1, 2021, the United States will implement mandatory electronic visa application for all Danish and Taiwanese citizens applying for U.S. visas. This includes business, tourist, and student visas. The new system will streamline the visa application process and make it more efficient. AMERICA VISA FOR DANISH CITIZENS

Danish and Taiwanese citizens must complete an online visa application form (DS-160) and submit a photo (2″x2″) taken within the last six months. In addition, they must schedule an interview at a U.S. Embassy or Consulate. After the interview, they will be fingerprinted and biometrics will be collected.

The new system is designed to strengthen security, better protect applicants’ data, and improve customer service. It will also allow for real-time updates on the status of applications.

What are the Requirements?

There are a few requirements that Danish and Taiwanese citizens need to meet before they can apply for an American visa. They must have a valid passport, a completed visa application, and a photograph that meets the requirements of the United States Department of State. In addition, they will need to pay the visa application fee and the SEVIS I-901 fee.
